Train and Play
Junior Eagles
This 8 week program is designed for girls in Grades 6 and 7 to learn the skills and fundamentals of volleyball. This program, endorsed by Volleyball BC, develops the athletes to acquire the basic skills including serving, passing, setting, spiking and team play. Train and Play will help the athlete develop these skills and ready them for school and possibly Club Volleyball in the coming years. It is an ideal time in these athletes’ lives to learn and progress in the sport.
