Parent Information

All teams will be required to select a team manager (or 2) at the beginning of the Club Season.  The manager(s) will be someone other than the coaches.  Managers will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

1. Communicating with parents throughout the season (ie. Teamsnap)
2. Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations
3. Fundraising initiatives for the team
4. Assigning parents to scorekeeping and lines person duties for playdays/tournaments
5. Assisting coach(es) with other administrative tasks and / or duties throughout the season.

Financial Assistance

At Oceanside Volleyball Club we try our best to ensure participation fees are affordable. However, if a low-income situation makes it challenging for a player to  register, there are some options to help cover the costs. Here are some possible resources.

Note: These programs typically assess family income to determine eligibility for financial assistance, not just the income of the individual applying.
